		<description>As a side note, on the general communication level, I think a good strategy to avoid plunging into a vicious loop of back &amp; forth emails is to wait a few hours before responding. This will save you a lot of time. I think it was an advice by a Google employee (I&#039;m following it and it&#039;s working).</description>
